Saikosaponin D attenuated the formation of F-actin and bone resorption. (A) M-CSF-dependent BMMs stimulated by RANKL were treated with SSD of different concentrations. Mature osteoclasts were stained with F-actin Staining Kit and DAPI respectively. (B) The number of osteoclasts with F-actin rings.
