Concentration-dependent block by CPP of the EPSPNMDA in vitro. A) Evoked field potentials were measured in the CA1 area of hippocampal brain slices, in the presence pharmacological blockers of AMPA (10 μM CNQX) and GABAA receptors (10 μM bicuculline), the NMDAR co-agonist glycine (3μM), and a low concentration of Mg++ (0.1 mM).
