Mice were treated with CCl4 to induce liver fibrosis. A Expressions of MALAT1, METTL3, Ly6c, and IL-1β were examined by RT-PCR in KCs isolated from mice treated with CCl4 for 0, 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks, respectively.
