Target YAC-1 cells in serum-free RPMI 1640 medium and the PKH-67/Dil.C buffer were added to the cells, and NK cell cytotoxic activity was measured by flow cytometry as described in Materials and Methods. *p<0.05, was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference.
