Outcomes | Primary outcomes: recruitment, completion/retention rates and adherence and adaptation to the mindfulness‐based cognitive therapy manual for IBD patients Secondary outcome: to assess the feasibility of collecting reliable and valid data on proposed outcome measures such as quality of life, anxiety, depression, disease activity, and mindful awareness |
