Localization of DAT and 4F2hc in neurons. a–c Primary cultures of cortical neurons were co-transfected at 13 DIV with mCherry-DAT and myc-4F2hc. 48 h later, cells were fixed and incubated with αmCherry and αmyc primary antibodies followed by Alexa-labeled secondary antibodies.
