FGD5-AS1 knockdown suppresses pancreatic cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion. (A) FGD5-AS1 siRNA or control siRNA was transfected into SW1990 cells to construct the knockdown model of FGD5-AS1, and RT-qPCR was employed to detect the interference efficiency of siRNAs. (B) An MTT assay was employed to detect the effect of knockdown of FGD5-AS1 on SW1990 cell proliferation.
