CircCRIM1 promotes the progression of ovarian cancer in vitro. Ovarian cancer cell line OVCAR3 had a higher expression of circCRIM1 than CAOV3 (a). The over-expression and knockdown plasmids of circCRIM1 were examined by qRT-PCR (b). Enhanced expression of circCRIM1 promoted cell viability, migration, invasion and inhibited apoptosis.
