Abundance of the ReNK, IL2NK, and SPANK NK cell phenotypes (log10 transformed fraction) for TCGA BLCA cohort partitioned into low and high clinical grades. IL2NK is the most abundant NK cell phenotype in low- and high-grade BLCA tumors, followed by the SPANK and then ReNK phenotypes. Wilcoxon signed-rank test was conducted to examine the differences between clinical grades. P-values were adjusted by Benjamini-Hochberg procedure.
