Increased aggregation of SOD1 mutant protein in human colonoids transfected with SOD1G93A-GFP plasmids and then colonized with SOD1G93A or WT mice feces. (a) Human colonoids were transfected with SOD1G93A-GFP plasmids after 48 hours and treated with feces from SOD1G93A/WT mice at different ages for 2 hours.
