Completeness of the datasets used in refinement. It should be noted that an auto-correction mode in HKL3000 was applied in the scaling stage of the datasets for PDBs 7FA3, 7VJO, and 7VJQ, which sacrificed some of the completeness in the outer shells but gave better density maps.
