Comparing model predictions with reported in vivo effects of S1P1r downregulation on TC activation. (a) Simulation results (n = 10) with and without S1P1r downregulation (±SP regulation) showed total activated TC number reduced by 60%, 72% and 81% (mean±s.e.m.) at Vmax = 1.2, 1.5 and 2.
