Dilazep inhibits proliferation of PC cells: MTT assay in PC cell lines after treatment with increasing concentrations of dilazep (0–50 µM) for 96 h. OD was calculated as absorbance at 570 nM – absorbance at 630 nM and normalized to the respective vehicle controls. Data are shown as average ± s.d. The IC50 for dilazep was generally in the range of ~10–20 µM.
