Black labels show the name of SARS-CoV-2 protein. Red labels show the name of the protein from the relevant ssRNA virus family. The name of virus species with sequence similarity is included in S4 Table in S1 File. Abbreviations: NSP, non-structural protein; RdRp, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase.
