The effect of 1MeTIQ (50 mg/kg i.p.) and MK-801 (0.1 mg/kg i.p.) on glutamate release in the rat hippocampus — an in vivo microdialysis study. 1MeTIQ was injected at time point “0”, while MK-801 was injected 30 min later. The values are the mean ± SEM. The number of animals (n = 5–6 rats in a group) is expressed as a percent of the basal level. An average concentration of three stable samples prior to drug administration was regarded as a control value and was considered to be 100%.
