Example of a male patient with bone and lymph node metastases from castration-resistant prostate cancer who underwent bone scintigraphy (A) and ¹⁸F-DCFPyL (B) and ¹⁸F-FDHT PET (C) for research purposes. Bone scintigraphy demonstrated several rib metastases. A large number of additional (measurable) bone metastases were observed on ¹⁸F-DCFPyl PET, with additional lymph node metastases detected on-par. Disconcordant AR-expression visualized on ¹⁸F-FDHT PET.
