Activated Ral induces expression from NF-κB and cyclin D1 promoter elements. NIH 3T3 cells were transfected with the indicated expression vectors together with luciferase reporter constructs driven by three tandem copies of the c-Fos SRE (A), two tandem copies of the NF-κB binding site from the κB promoter (B), or the 1745 5′ flanking residues of the human cyclin D1 gene (C). Relative luciferase activity is shown normalized to activities obtained with empty vector.
