Macrophage restriction assay. Mtb-276 was co-incubated with each antibody treatment (antibody concentration, 25ug/mL; rifampin concentration 1ug/mL) prior to macrophage infection. Growth curves in the presence of each antibody treatment were generated by taking luminescence readings every 24 hours up to 96 hours. Y-axis (Mtb survival) is the area under the Mtb growth curve normalized by the no antibody condition of each donor. Each point is the triplicate average from 1 donor. Each donor is represented by a unique marker shape. Error bars, mean with standard deviation. Repeated measures one-way ANOVA with Sidak’s multiple comparisons test. P-values of relevant comparisons are shown.
