Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) mRNA levels in HCAEC following treatments (24 hr) as indicated; EtOH (25 mM), DAPT (10 μM), DLL4 (1 μg/ml), SAA1 (1 μM). (b) MCP-1 mRNA expression following SAA1 treatment +/− EtOH in HCAEC with/without N1 and/or N4 knockdown.
