Cytokine level in serum samples of monkeys. Macaques were immunised two times on days 0 and 14 through the intramuscular route with 3 or 5 μg antigen + alum. The control group was injected with PBS. A number of key cytokines in serum samples were measured over times after immunisation by ELISA kits. Data presented as mean ± SD.
