(B) 32D cells expressing vector, TrkA, or ΔTrkA were deprived of IL-3, and cell viability over time was analyzed by trypan blue exclusion. Error bars represent standard deviation within a single experiment. Essentially identical results were observed with three independently derived sets of cell lines.
