C57B/6 mice were given vehicle or 350–700 μg/kg budesonide oropharyngeally (o.p.) on days -2-2, and 10 μg polyI:C o.p. on days 0–2. On day 3, 0.2 mg 4kDa FITC-dextran was instilled o.p. and 1 hr later BALF was harvested.
