The area under the curve (AUC) demonstrates good discrimination (0.655 [95% CI, 0.581-0.730]) and good calibration. Sensitivity and specificity were 52.3% (95% CI, 43.0-61.5) and 76.0% (95% CI, 67.5-84.6), respectively. For classifying predicted probabilities into the focal and nonfocal categories, the optimal mean (SD) probability cutoff was 41.1 (3.5).
