Plasma analysis of Cholesterol (A), Triglycerides (B), HDL (C), LDL (D), and NEFA (E) in NMD (n=7), HFD (n=7), HFD+Atr (n=5), and HFD+Bos (n=6) mice after 10 weeks on diets and 2 weeks of treatment with atrasentan or bosentan. Liver triglycerides were measured among all groups and normalized to liver weight (F). Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post-hoc test for individual groups.
