Elongation index and frequency of asymmetrical RBC in 10 and 60 Pa shear conditions. While the ensemble average elongation index remains unchanged for both conditions, the fraction of asymmetrical RBC in the 60 Pa increases beyond ~ 100 s of cumulative exposure, while the 10 Pa condition remains unchanged. Asymmetrical RBC are presented as a percentage of total cell counts per frame.
