Effects of SHO and GIN on inflammatory cytokines levels in lung tissues. Levels of Th2 cell-related inflammatory cytokines in lung tissues. Total RNA was isolated from lung tissues. (A) IL-4, (B) IL-5 and (C) IL-6 mRNA expression levels were detected using reverse transcription-quantitative PCR with specific primers. (D) Protein expression levels of cytokines were determined via western blotting, and (E) IL-4, (F) IL-5 and (G) IL-6 protein expression levels were semi-quantified.
