Knockdown of CENPF decreases migration ability in osteosarcoma cell lines. Cells were transfected with NC and si-CENPF-2, and cell migration ability was investigated. (A) Wound healing assays were performed on MG-63 and U-2OS cell lines (magnification, x40), and (B) subsequent quantification revealed that the wound healing rate was decreased in si-CENPF-2 groups compared with their corresponding NC groups. CENPF-knockdown decreased migration ability in osteosarcoma cell lines as detected by (C) Transwell migration assay (magnification, x40) and (D) subsequent quantification. ^*P<0.05, ^**P<0.01.
