Outcome variable in all models is a binary indicator of children being developmentally off track according to the ECDI. Estimated coefficients are odds ratios with 95% CIs in brackets. Country income group estimates were generated using random‐effects meta‐analyses of country‐specific logit model estimates shown in Figures S2–S5.
