B) As the concentration of ACE2 increases using nucleocapsid‐coated beads, the signal does not increase. C) As the concentration of a neutralizing SARS‐CoV‐2 antibody increases, the assay signal decreases. As the concentration of SARS‐CoV and MERS‐CoV antibodies increases, the assay signal decreases slightly. All measurements were obtained in duplicate.
