dis: discovery sample, rep: replication sample. N: sample size. P(dis, t-test)/P(rep, t-test) and Est(dis)/Est(rep): P values (t-test) and coefficients for the POEmQTL x SNP interaction in the interaction model in discovery/replication samples. Adjust_P(dis, t-test): Bonferroni method adjusted P(dis, t-test). *, due to the relatively small minor allele frequency (MAF) of rs111834387(MAF=0.01) and the limited sample size of replication sample, there was not enough data for this test in replication samples. Number of individuals within heterozygous groups available for testing POE(rs111834387) x SNP(rs11729069) interaction effect on cg21252175 in replication samples were shown in Table s11.
