Eclosion rates are reduced in all fly genotypes but more in homozygous park25 flies with park25 feces transfer. (A) Total eclosion rates were determined in control, heterozygous (Het) park25 and homozygous (Hom) park25 flies based on the total number of pupae for each genotype. (B) The relative eclosion reduction caused by the park25 fecal transfer, calculated as a percentage of the control feces eclosion, was determined. Data are presented as mean and SEM.
