The hnRNP C1 and C2 proteins associate with the telomerase holoenzyme. Extracts derived from H1299 cells were mixed with protein G agarose beads (No Ab) or with protein G agarose beads precoupled to hTERT, hnRNP C1/C2, or FLAG antibody and were incubated at 4°C for 1 h.
