Differential capacity of edelfosine to induce apoptosis between pancreatic cancer cells and nontumorigenic cells. Human PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells, nontumorigenic HPNE and normal fibroblasts show a different sensitivity to undergo apoptosis following treatment with edelfosine for the indicated incubation times and drug concentrations.
