Cell line viability under acute oxidative distress condition. Cell viability was assayed using MTS Dye. (a) SW480 (MSS), (b) SW620 (MSS) and (c) HCT116 (MSI) cell lines were treated with H2O2 at concentrations of 0.05; 0.5; 1; 2; 5; 10 mM and timing of 3 h, 6 h, 24 h. Cell viability values were calculated as means and compared to untreated starved cells (Ctrl).
