Wound healing assay. Cell migration was determined by in vitro closure of scratch area after 24 h 0,05 mM H₂O₂ treatment in the absence of serum: (a) HCT116 cells, (b) SW480 cells, (c) SW620 cells. Images were captured by a camera coupled to the EVOSTM XL Core Imaging System microscope (Thermo Fisher), with 10 × magnification, before (time-0) and after 24 h of treatment, and compared to control without H₂O₂.
