OD depends on cell seeding number/density, MTT concentration, and incubation time: OD changes with increasing cell seeding number/density. PC-3 cells were allowed to grow for 26 h before MTT addition. Absorbance was measured following 2 h (a), 3 h (b), and 4 h (c) of incubating cells with different concentrations of MTT.
