Glucose-induced activation of mouse primary microglia. Cells were incubated in a culture medium containing either low (5.5 mM) or high (25 mM) glucose for 40 min. Levels of c-Fos were measured by Western blot analysis and were normalized to total protein from stain-free blot for each sample. Values in the control group (low glucose) were set to 100%.
