Mice were pre-treated with intraperitoneal injections of the vehicle or ABR-238901 (10 mg/kg) 1 h before Sham or CLP operation. Blood was collected from animals 24 h after CLP induction and leukocytes were identified as polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNL) and monomorphonuclear (MNL).
