The viability of CHO-K1 cells treated with different concentrations of A6 for 48 h was assessed by resazurin assay, and the inhibition of proliferation was expressed as a percentage. A) Cell viability of CHO-K1 cells measured as fluorescence intensity due to the production of resorufin, in the presence of different concentrations of A6 (range: 0 to 500 μM). B) Dose—response curve for A6, obtained from data in A. A CC50 = 137.9 ± 17.3 μM was obtained by adjusting a nonlinear regression to the data. Results correspond to mean ± SEM of three independent experiments for each condition. Each curve in each independent experiment was made in triplicate.
