OM-85–induced downregulation of Ace2 and Tmprss2 in the mouse lung is Myd88/Trif-dependent. A, WT and Myd88−/−Trif−/− C57BL/6 mice were treated intranasally with OM-85 (1 mg in 50 μL) or PBS every 2 days for 4 times as indicated in the chart (T1-T4). Lung cells for transcriptional analyses were collected at day 7.
