OM-85 inhibits ACE2 and TMPRSS2 transcription in human colon Caco-2 cells. ACE2 and TMPRSS2 expression was measured by RT-qPCR in cells treated with OM-85 (0.48 mg/mL) or PBS for 48 hours. mRNA levels were normalized by GAPDH and are shown relative to PBS.
