The overall interaction score (0.68) for murine-2’-5’-OAS1 as an RBP was also present. (B) The profile shows protein regions and their propensity to interact with RNA. The catRAPID signature correctly identifies the RNA binding domain of murine-2’-5’-OAS1, which carries the region of enzymatic activity between 320 and 344 at the extreme C-terminal end (122).
