Unsupervised hierarchical clustering of comorbidities in HS was performed using Euclidean distance and Ward D linkage across 13,667 patients. Comorbidities were clustered according to similarity. Results again demonstrated tight clustering between members of metabolic syndrome, mental health, and tobacco/substance use.
