A region of the SLC24A5 locus was amplified and subcloned from two mosaic F0 embryos injected with Cas9 mRNA (R1 and R2) and two F0 embryos injected with Cas9 protein (P1 and P2). Red indicates deletions, blue indicates substitutions, and green indicates insertions. If both a deletion and an insertion were seen, the size indicated in red denotes only the size of the deletion.
