Expressions of GmMTPs in leaf and root of soybean under excess Mn treatments. Fourteen-day-old soybean seedlings were transferred into a nutrient solution containing 5, 50, or 100 μM MnSO4. Five μM MnSO4 was used as the control. After 7 days of Mn treatment, leaves and roots were harvested separately for gene expression analysis.
