Seven-day-old seedlings were transferred to a solid MS medium containing 4 mM MnSO₄ for 7 days. Leaves and roots were sampled for RNA extraction and real-time (RT)-polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis. WT represents the wild type Arabidopsis. OE1 and OE2 are two transgenic lines overexpressing GmMTP8.1. Each bar represents the mean value of three independent replicates with standard error. White, gray, and black bars represent WT, OE1, and OE2, respectively. The relative expression level of gene of more than 2-fold was regarded as significant difference between the wild type and the overexpression lines.
