Means and standard deviations (s.d.) of metrics across all setups using two models (U-Net and LW) and two numbers of FLAIR subjects (12 and 8). -F and -T indicate the metrics are computed over FLAIR and T1-MR samples respectively. GAIN-μ is the total (summed) increase in DSC over the baseline F50-T50. GAIN-σ is the total decrease in s.d. of DSC from F50-T50. Our method increases DSC and reduces s.d. in low resource scenarios.
