(a) The EMSA assay revealed that the extracted LPS ran through the native-PAGE gel more efficiently when first incubated with recombinant human IL-8. (b) Incubation with recombinant IL-1β did not affect the mobility of LPS in native-PAGE. (c) Incubation of LPS with recombinant IFN-γ changed the mobility of LPS in native-PAGE. The Tris-HCl gel was silver stained to visualize both LPS and proteins.
