EpiCoV GISAID portal. Here, we search for all 282 sequences analysed in [Lemey et al., 2020], and download them by selecting the checkbox on the left of the table and pressing the download button. We can also download metadata for the sequences and the corresponding GISAID acknowledgement table using the same approach.
