Travel history metadata. The metadata file must contain the columns “name”, “travelHistory”, “travelDays”, “priorMean” and “priorStdev”. Other columns can be included but will not be parsed to update the XML. For sequences where either exact travel dates are not available, we set the “travelDays” column to NA, such that the MCMC samples from a range of possible travel dates with a Gaussian prior distribution of mean “priorMean” (in units of days) and standard deviation “priorStdev”. For sequences where exact travel dates are available, we set the prior columns to NA.
